Problems solved by technology

For a long time, the comprehensive utilization of mine tailings has been a worldwide problem. Although a lot of research has been done on the comprehensive utilization of mine tailings at home and abroad, due to various technical and economic reasons, most of them have not been put into industrial realization.
[0003] In summary, it has been reported that mine tailings are used as auxiliary raw materials to produce cement, wall bricks, and road materials, but construction waste is used as the main raw material for the production of aerated blocks.

Embodiment Construction

[0022] A method for preparing an air-entraining hollow brick by using mine tailings is carried out according to the following steps:

[0023] (1) Mix the raw materials according to the following parts by weight on a dry basis:

[0024] Mine tailings 60 parts

[0025] Calcium carbonate powder 15 parts

[0026] 8 limes

[0027] Fly ash 25 parts

[0028] 15 parts of cement

[0029] Redispersible latex powder 4 parts

[0030] (2), according to the above steps (1) add water to 85% of the dry basis of the mixed raw materials, add waste aluminum powder to 0.04% of the dry basis of the mixed raw materials, add lignocellulose to 1%, and add propylene glycol sebacate to 1%. Add gypsum to 15% of the mass of lime, and add triethanolamine to 0.1% of the mass of waste aluminum powder;

[0031] (3) Put the slurry stirred in the above step (2) at a temperature of 70-80°C, and foam for 30-40 minutes;

[0032] (4) Steam curing the foamed slurry in the above ste...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method capable of utilizing mine tailings to produce an aerated hollow brick. The method comprises the following steps: (1), mixing such materials in dry basis mass part as main tailings, lime, coal ash or yellow phosphorus slag, and the like; (2), according to the step (1), adding water in 85-95 percent of the mixed material dry basis, adding waste aluminum power in 0.04-0.06 percent of the mixed material dry basis, adding gypsum in 9-11 percent of lime, and adding triethanolamine in 0.1-0.3 percent of waste aluminum power. According to the invention, a larger amount of mine tailings can be used to achieve the purposes of energy conservation and environment protection and relieve the environment pollution caused by processing the mine tailings pile, and a novel material source is provided for the hollow bricks.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of new building materials, in particular to a method for preparing aerated hollow bricks by using mine tailings. Background technique [0002] Mine tailings are one of the products of sorting operations in mineral processing, and the content of useful components is the lowest among the products of this operation. Under the current technical and economic conditions, mines that are not suitable for further separation are called final tailings. For a long time, the comprehensive utilization of mine tailings has been a worldwide problem. Although a lot of research has been done on the comprehensive utilization of mine tailings at home and abroad, most of them have not been implemented in industry due to various technical and economic reasons. [0003] In summary, there have been reports on using mine tailings as auxiliary raw materials to produce cement, wall bricks, and road materials, but there have been no reports on ...
