Abstract

The invention relates to a special pipe for a ground source heat pump. The preparation technique of the special pipe comprises the following steps: adding 20% of HDPE-HD (high-density polyethylene), 10% of gas-phase carbon dioxide, 10% of nano silicon dioxide, 10% of silicon carbide and 50% of soybean oil into a vertical high-speed heating mixer, and mixing to obtain a special milk-white viscous liquid material; mixing 25% of special milk-white viscous liquid material, 70% of HDPE, 2% of defoaming agent and 3% of color master batch in a vertical mixer; and sending the mixture into a three-layer co-extrusion machine for extrusion and formation, cooling, cutting, rotating and warehousing. The invention has the advantages of high chemical stability, corrosion resistance, shock resistance, high construction convenience and the like of the polyethylene (PE) pipe, and greatly enhances the heat conductivity coefficient.
