Abstract

The invention discloses a planar array expanding mechanism based on square units. The planar array expanding mechanism comprises a plurality of square units which are connected and combined transversely and vertically with one another through a cross-shaped layered connecting rod, a cross-shaped orthogonal connecting rod, an upper layered connecting rod, a right layered connecting rod and a left layered connecting rod, wherein a square unit mechanism is connected with one ends of four T-shaped rods by taking the cross-shaped layered connecting rod as a center; and the four T-shaped rods are connected with a right-angle connecting rod and a layered right-angle connecting rod. According to the planar array expanding mechanism, the square unit mechanism is composed of few types of parts and has a simple structure; the planar array expanding mechanism is stable in an expanding process, is subjected to small impact, strong in repeatability, simple to prepare and machine and easy to assemble and has small errors; and the whole mechanism only has one degree of freedom and is driven by a mini-type motor, so that the driving is simple and the mechanism is easy to control.
