Embodiment Construction

[0051] To prepare the flue-cured tobacco seedling raising biochar matrix, it is made by mixing the following raw materials in volume percentage:

[0052] 50% biochar, 40% phosphate sand, 10% organic fertilizer;

[0053] The biochar is obtained by heating 7 parts by volume of tobacco stalks and 3 parts by volume of tobacco stems in a carbonization furnace at a temperature of 450° C. under air-isolated conditions;

[0054] The organic matter in the organic fertilizer is ≥ 40%, the humic acid is ≥ 20%, and the total nutrient N+P2O5+K2O is ≥ 4%.

[0055] The method for cultivating tobacco seedlings by preparing a biochar substrate with the above-mentioned flue-cured tobacco seedling phosphate sand, biochar, and organic fertilizer:

[0056] (1) Materials and Specifications

[0057] Seedling tray: length × width × height (66.5 × 34 × 6.5) cm, 162-hole foam plastic tray;

[0058] Pool film: polyethylene film, thickness 0.12mm;

[0059] Shed film: polyethylene long-life non-drip f...

Abstract

The invention relates to biochar substrate for raising tobacco seedlings and a method for raising tobacco seedlings by biochar substrate, belongs to the technical field of tobacco seedling raising and solves the problem that the use of peat in the existing seedling substrate causes destruction of biological environment and increase of raising cost. The biochar substrate for raising tobacco seedlings comprises mixture of, by volume percent, 40-50% of biochar, 30-40% of sand, and 10-20% of organic fertilizer. The invention further provides the method for raising tobacco seedlings by the biochar substrate. The method includes the steps of firstly, adding water and nutrient solution into a seedling tank; secondly, seeding; thirdly, managing during seedling raising; fourthly, thinning seedlings and filling the gaps with seedlings; and fifthly, cutting leaves, wherein the biochar substrate for raising tobacco seedlings is the mixture of 40-50% of biochar, 30-40% of sand and 10-20% of organic fertilizer. The use of the biochar substrate for raising tobacco seedlings can reduce raising cost and has evident ecological and social benefits.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of tobacco seedling cultivation, in particular to a substrate for tobacco seedling cultivation and a method for cultivating flue-cured tobacco seedlings with the substrate. Background technique [0002] In the existing floating nursery substrate, peat is an indispensable main raw material, and generally accounts for about 30%-50% of the substrate formula. Peat generally comes from wetlands, and the reserves are limited. Excessive exploitation of peat will damage the balance of the wetland ecosystem. The economic value of peat is relatively high, and the use of peat in the seedling substrate will greatly increase the cost of seedling cultivation. Contents of the invention [0003] In order to solve the problems of damage to the ecological environment and increased cultivation costs caused by the use of peat in the existing seedling raising substrate, the present invention provides a biochar substrate for f...
