The modified PVC comprises the following components of, by weight, 50 parts of PVC basic materials, 10-12 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-3 parts of heat stabilizers, 2.5-3.5 parts of shock resistance modifying agents, 1-1.5 parts of plastification modifying agents, 2.5-5.5 parts of light stabilizers, 0.1-0.2 part of external lubricants and 0.1-0.2 part of internal lubricants. Preferably, the calcium carbonate is used as the fillers, chlorinated polyethylene is used as the shock resistance modifying agents, acrylate copolymer is used as the plastification modifying agents, titanium dioxide and UV-531 are used as the light stabilizers, stearic acid is used as the internal lubricants, and polyethylene wax is used as the external lubricants. By means of combined actions of the various components, the shock resistance performance of the modified PVC meets requirements of the building template, and the modified PVC has a smooth surface and can be easily molded.
