[0029] 300 tons of top-bottom double-blowing converter steelmaking, after tapping, LF furnace refining is carried out first, and then RH vacuum refining treatment is carried out. The components included in the top slag of the ladle after refining are shown in Table 1. Calcium treatment and primary soft blowing are carried out after refining in LF furnace, calcium silicon wire with a diameter of Φ13mm is fed for calcium treatment, secondary soft blowing is carried out after RH vacuum refining, and finally full protection casting is carried out. The specific process parameters of wire feeding and soft blowing twice are shown in Table 2. See Table 3 for the actual control of molten steel composition during wire feeding and two soft blowing processes.

Abstract

The invention relates to a method for removing non-metal foreign substances from pipeline steel. The method comprises the steps that: tapping is carried out after top and bottom combined blowing converter smelting; molten steel is sequentially subjected to LF furnace refining, calcium treatment, and primary soft-blowing stirring; RH vacuum refining and secondary soft-blowing stirring are carried out; and full-protection casting is carried out. According to the method provided by the invention for removing non-metal foreign substances from pipeline steel, ladle top slag composition is controlled during the refining process; the calcium treatment and the primary soft-blowing are carried out after LF furnace refining is finished, such that the conversion from high-melting-point foreign substances to low-melting-point calcium aluminate is promoted; secondary soft-blowing is carried out after RH vacuum refining, such that low-melting-point non-metal foreign substances floating is further promoted. Therefore, a problem of excessive B-type foreign substances in high-grade pipeline steel can be solved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a liquid steel refining process, in particular to a method for removing non-metallic inclusions in pipeline steel. Background technique [0002] In recent years, pipeline steel has increasingly stringent requirements for non-metallic inclusions due to its special purposes such as oil transportation, natural gas transportation, and high-pressure resistance. Type A non-metallic inclusions in steel MnS inclusions and Type B alumina inclusions have a significant impact on hot-rolled plates. The performance hazard is more prominent. The current steelmaking process controls and stabilizes the A-type MnS inclusions through low-oxygen, low-sulfur and calcium treatment processes, and B-type inclusions are more likely to affect the pass rate of hot-rolled coils in the production process. In order to meet the quality requirements of hot-rolled steel and improve the reasonable rate of finished products, it is necessary to improve the puri...
