Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation for promoting growth and development of wheat in a weak light environment and a preparation method thereof. The preparation comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.00001-0.00005% of brassinolide, 0.0001-0.0005% of 6-benzylaminopurine, 0.0001-0.0002% of manganese sulfate, 0.005-0.01% of boric acid, 0.5-3% of alpha-fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, 0.05-0.15% of xanthan gum, 0.1-0.8% of fulvic acid, 3.0-5.5% of ethylene glycol, 3-5% of absolute ethanol and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively dissolving brassinolide and 6-benzylaminopurine in absolute ethanol, and mixing to obtain a mother solution; diluting the mother solution, adding boric acid and alpha-fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate, and stirring at high speed; adding xanthan gum, and stirring; and finally, adding manganese sulfate, fulvic acid, ethylene glycol and the balance of water, and stirring uniformly. When being used for coating or application in the breeding season, the preparation can obviously enhance the photosynthetic efficiency of wheat, and promote yield increase.
