The invention relates to a pressure regulating valve which is simple in structure, high in pressure regulating accuracy and low in processing technology of a valve and filtering accuracy of an air source. The pressure regulating valve comprises a feedback cavity, a membrane upper cavity, a membrane lower cavity, an input port and an output port, wherein the feedback cavity and the membrane lower cavity are communicated through an output pressure feedback hole, the membrane upper cavity is internally provided with a throttling hole which is communicated with atmosphere, the membrane upper cavity and the membrane lower cavity are separated by a membrane, the inlet port and the output port are both communicated with the membrane lower cavity, a first through hole is formed between the feedback cavity and the membrane upper cavity, the opening size of the first through hole is regulated through a first flow regulating device, a second through hole is formed between the input port and the membrane lower cavity, and the opening size of the second through hole is regulated through a second flow regulating device. Compared with an existing precise pressure regulating valve, the pressure regulating valve disclosed by the invention only comprises one rubber membrane and three branch valve blocks, the flexibility is high, and the working temperature range is wide.
