The PET machine crystal array assembling method includes the following steps: S1, filling single crystals into a fixture with extrusion forming space in sequence; S2, assembling the single crystals to be in the shape of a basic crystal array unit by using optical cements; S3, adjusting the extrusion forming space of the fixture, and extruding basic crystal arrays which are filled into the extrusion forming space so as to form crystal arrays; and S4, enabling unnecessary optical cements to flow out from holes which are arranged in the fixture when the basic crystal arrays are extruded by the fixture. According to the PET machine crystal array assembling method, a square frame which is formed by two concave block components and an L-shaped block component is used for extruding the crystal arrays, and thus not only can the crystal arrays of various dimensions be assembled conveniently and efficiently, but also the single crystals can be conveniently spliced into the crystal arrays which are even in distribution and good in consistency. Therefore, the problems that crystals are uneven in arrangement and poor in aligning consistency in manually prepared crystal array are solved, and the detection efficiency of a PET machine in later stage preparation is improved significantly.
