The application is characterized in that the N,N'-alkylenedioxycarbonyl-N'',N'''-dialkoxylpropyldithiourea compound which is shown as a formula (I) and is taken as a collecting agent is used for effectively floating and recovering valuable metal minerals from non-ferrous metal ore and noble metal ore.
