The method of the invention comprises the following steps: firstly, conducting the reverse floatation of rutile by using sodium oleate as a collector according to the characteristics that aluminum sulfate can inhibit the rutile and activate silicate minerals in varying degrees, so as to effectively deslime in the process of reverse floatation; and then, conducting the forward floatation of rutile by using lead nitrate (or lead acetate) as an activator of rutile and using sodium alkyl hydroxamate and benzyl arsonic acid (or styryl phosphonic acid) as a combined collector according to the characteristic that gangue minerals can be inhibited on a combined basis under the synergistic action of sodium fluorosilicate, carboxymethylcellulose and the residual aluminum sulfate in the ore pulp, briefly, the method of the invention can realize the roughing and tailings-discarding of fine rutile by the multi-stage floatation comprising the following steps: firstly, conducting the reverse floatation by inhibiting the rutile; and then, conducting the forward floatation by activating the rutile. The method of the invention has the advantages that the enrichment ratio and recovery rate of rutile are high, the tailings of rutile ore can be discarded thoroughly and the mineral processing cost of rutile can be greatly reduced.

The invention discloses a carbonate phophorite reverse flotation combined collecting agent and a preparation method thereof. The collecting agent is a compound anion collecting agent and is formed by mixing basic substance with water, wherein the basic substance mainly comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.2-0.5 part of higher fatty acid sulfated soap containing unsaturated fatty acid, 0.5-0.8 part of higher fatty acid saponified matter with the fatty acid content of being not more than 50% and 0.01-0.1 part of foaming agent, and the ratio of the basic substance to the water in parts by weight is 1: (20-70). The combined collecting agent has the advantages of strong collecting capability, high selectivity, low dosage, low temperature resistance and the like and is applied to carbonate phophorite reverse flotation with the P2O5 grade of being 25-26%, the P2O5 grade of the obtained concentrate is more than 34%, MgO content is less than 1.2%, and P2O5 recovery rate of the concentrate is more than 90%. The invention has the characteristics of simple preparation process, easy operation, high concentrate P2O5 recovery rate, low MgO content in the concentrate and low flotation cost and is applicable to flotation production of carbonate phophorite and various phosphate ores.

Disclosed are a composite collector for low-and-medium-temperature phosphate flotation and a preparation method thereof. The composite collector is composed of 100 parts of carboxylic acid collector, 50-100 parts of hydrocarbon type oil, 1-10 parts of non-ionic surface active agent, 1-10 parts of anionic surface active agent and 80-200 parts of water, wherein the carboxylic acid collector serves as the main collector, the hydrocarbon type oil serves as the auxiliary collector, the non-ionic surface active agent serves as the synergist, and the anionic surface active agent serves as the emulsifier. The preparation method includes steps of uniformly mixing and stirring the components according to the proportion in the speed of 300-1500rad/min at the temperature ranging from 40DEG C to 80 DEG C to obtain the composite collector for low-and-medium temperature phosphate flotation. When in use of the composite collector, the composite collector is added into a pulp mixing barrel to be mixed with pulp sufficiently according to dosage directly, so that floatation can be carried out in a floatation trough at the normal temperature and the operation of heating to pulp is omitted. The composite collector has the advantages that better low-and-medium-temperature flotation effect can be achieved, bubbles generated by the composite collector are favorable for concentrate deposition, the chemical agent usage is small, raw materials for the composite collector are wide in sources, and the composite collector is moderate in price.
