The present application belongs to the technical field of semi-
coke wastewater pretreatment, and particularly relates to a dephenol extractant and a method for extracting and recovering
phenol from
wastewater containing
phenol. The dephenol extractant provided by the present application comprises: N, N-di(1-methyl-heptyl)
acetamide 40-60%, di(2,4,4-trimethylpentyl)
hypophosphorous acid 30-55%, and an organic dispersing agent 1-10%. The dephenol extractant is used for multi-stage countercurrent extraction of
wastewater containing
phenol, and organic phase containing phenol and
raffinate water phase are obtained. The dephenol extractant provided by the present application has high extraction efficiency, low water
solubility, high stability, reliable
recovery efficiency, and long service life. The dephenol extractant provided by the present application can be used to extract and recover phenol from semi-
coke wastewater at low cost, high
recovery efficiency, and high convenience, and can significantly reduce the concentration of
phenols in wastewater, fully meeting the water inlet requirements of the subsequent biochemical
treatment system for further treatment of semi-
coke wastewater.
