The cleaning agent consists of the following ingredients in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of orange oil, 30 to 50 parts of lauryl sodium sulfate, 10 to 20 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 10 to 20 parts of alkyl glycoside, 10 to 20 parts of ethanol and 100 parts of deionized water. The cleaning agent provided by the invention is characterized in that the orange oil containing more than 80 percent of limonene is used as major ingredients to be compounded with various kinds of surfactants, the cleaning agent has low surface tension, has fragrance and sterilization effects and can effectively remove organic oil stain withoutcorroding the surface of a cleaned object, and in addition, the orange oil is refined and extracted from natural plant orange peels, so the orange oil is harmless to the environment and the human body health, in addition, the biodegradation can be realized, in addition, non-combustion and nonexplosive performance is realized, the use is very safe, and the cleaning agent can be widely applied to the fields of industry, daily use life, medical care and the like.

Polyamide mold composition

The invention discloses a polyamide mold composition, which consists of at least one polyamide resin, glass fiber, hydro-oleophobic master batches, a heat stabilizer and other additives, wherein the melting point of the polyamide resin is between 270 DEG C and 340 DEG C, and the relative viscosity of the polyamide resin, measured by 96 percent concentrated sulfuric acid at the temperature of 25 DEG C, is between 2.0 and 2.4. The composition is prepared by the following steps of: preparing the hydro-oleophobic master batches; extruding and pelletizing; drying and uniformly mixing the obtained hydro-oleophobic master batches with the polyamide resin, the heat stabilizer and other additives by using a high speed mixer; adding the mixture through a main feeding hole of a double screw extruder; adding the glass fiber from a second feeding hole of the extruder; and extruding and pelletizing at resin melting temperature, and drying to obtain a corresponding polyamide mold composition. The invention has the advantages that: 1, the hydro-oleophobic master batches are added into the polyamide resin, so that the physical corrosion resistance and the mechanical property of the polyamide mold composition can be enhanced; and 2, a fluorine-containing copolymer in the master batches is beneficial to the dilution and the dispersion of the fluorine-containing copolymer in the master batches during secondary processing.

A fly ash solidification foamed material for preventing coal spontaneous combustion and a preparation method thereof. The fly ash solidification foamed material comprises the following ingredients, by weight: 40-60 parts of water, 100 parts of fly ash, 25 parts of complex powder for chemically self-producing gas, 1-5 parts of an accelerator, 1-4 parts of an activator, 0.6-1.5 parts of a water reducer, and 0.5-1 parts of a foam stabilizer. The preparing method comprises: adding the foam stabilizer in water and stirring to form a uniform foam solution; adding the fly ash, the complex powder for chemically self-producing gas, the accelerator, the activator, and the water reducer in a dry-blending mixer to form a blended powder; and finally adding the blended powder into the uniform foam solution to obtain the fly ash solidification foamed material. The material of the invention is light in weight, safe and low in costs, and has strong crack penetration capability, adjustable solidification time, great compressive strength, low heat conductivity coefficient, and a good heat insulation effect; foam fluid can uniformly cover loose coal-rock mass; carbon dioxide is released during a foaming reaction process to well dilute the oxygen concentration in residual coal space; and the operation technique is simple.
