The invention relates to a low-voltage SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier) structure for ESD (Electronic Static Discharge) protection of an integrated circuit chip, belonging to the technical field of electronics. The structure comprises two kinds of low-voltage SCR ESD protection devices, wherein the first kind of SCR ESD protection device integrates two N-well diodes and two NMOSs (N-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductors); the N-well diodes are connected between I/O (Input/Output) and a VDD (Virtual Device Driver); the NMOSs are connected between the VDD and VSS (Visual Source Safe); and the N-well diodes and the NMOSs form an SCR structure which provides ESD protection between PS and PD modes and VDD-VSS. The second kind of device integrates two P-well diodes and two PMOSs (P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductors), wherein the P-well diodes are connected between the I/O and the VSS, and the PMOSs are connected between the VSS and the VDD, and the P-well diodes and the PMOSs jointly form an SCR structure which provides ESD protection between ND and NS modes and VDD-VSS. According to the invention, the chip has higher maintaining voltage and latch-up resistance effect during normal working and has lower triggering voltage and higher triggering speed during ESD; and the low-voltage SCR structure can effectively reduce the relative chip-occupying area of the protection devices and decrease parasitic capacitance at the same time of providing a plurality of modes of ESD protection functions and excellent ESD protection performance.

Synthesis method and application of water soluble chitosan-based flocculant

The invention provides a synthesis method and application of a water soluble chitosan-based flocculant. The method comprises the steps of adding chitosan into acid solution, adding acylated monomer aqueous solution into the acid solution, uniformly stirring and mixing, performing vibration reaction for 1 to 10 h at 5 to 60 DEG C, performing precipitation and purification through ethyl alcohol and acetone, drying, and obtaining N-acylated chitosan; sequentially adding the N-acylated chitosan, deionized water, acrylamide and strong cation functional monomer into a reactor, uniformly stirring, leading nitrogen into homogenous solution to remove oxygen, adding a photoinitiator and a cosolvent, uniformly stirring and mixing, putting the raw materials into an ultraviolet light reaction device to perform polymerization reaction, drying, performing granulation and powder process, and obtaining the water soluble chitosan-based flocculant; the flocculant can be used for the removal treatment of alga in source water. The flocculant is good in solubility property, high in viscosity coefficient and short in synthesis time, does not need temperature reduction control, simplifies the production technology, reduces energy consumption, and reduces the production cost.

Key structure

The invention discloses a key structure. The key structure comprises key caps, guiding mechanisms arranged on the key caps, actuating parts movably connected with the guiding mechanisms, circuit units, elastic parts and returning units. When a key cap is subjected to pressure, the key cap moves to a low position through a trigger position from a high position downwards. When the key cap moves to the trigger position, the corresponding circuit unit abuts against the corresponding actuating part to generate a trigger signal, and a preset length of the corresponding elastic part is maintained, so that relative motion between the corresponding actuating part and the key cap does not exist. When the key cap moves to the low position from the trigger position, the corresponding actuating part stops moving downwards, and the corresponding elastic part is compressed so as to enable the corresponding actuating part to move relative to the corresponding guiding mechanism. When the pressure is released, the corresponding elastic part and the corresponding returning unit provides elastic force and returning force respectively so as to enable the corresponding actuating part and the key cap to be returned to a position before the key cap is pressed. According to the key structure disclosed by the invention, the trigger signal is generated in a key stroke period so as to improve the trigger speed under the condition without influencing the key stroke, so that a trigger signal transmission path is more direct and quicker.
