Abstract

The anti-flaming PET resin composition disclosed by the invention consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-85 parts of polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 0-40 parts of chopped glass fibre, 12-20 parts of a fire retardant, 0-15 parts of a flexibilizer, 0.3-0.5 part of a nucleating agent, 0.2-0.5 part of a coupling agent, 0.2-0.5 part of an uvioresistant agent, 0.2-1.0 part of an anti-yellowing agent and 0.3-0.5 part of an antioxygen. A preparation method of the anti-flaming PET resin composition disclosed by the invention comprises the following steps: weighing raw materials according to a weight ratio, mixing and subsequently entering a double-screw extruder, adding chopped glass fiber into six zones in the middle of the extruder, cooling, drying and cutting grains. In the anti-flaming PET resin composition disclosed by the invention, the glass fiber is adopted as the performance enhancements component; the anti-yellowing agent and the uvioresistant agent are added; and the PET resin composition prepared through the synergistic effect of the anti-yellowing agent and the uvioresistant agent has the advantages of excellent mechanical property and anti-yellowing property.
