Abstract

The board is prepared from raw materials including cement, coal ash, water, emulsion, calciumstearate, fiber hair, a foam stabilizer, a water repellent, calciumchloride, aluminiumsulfate and a foaming agent which are added in a ratio. The preparation method comprises steps of: first-level stirring: mixing the cement, the coal ash, the water, the emulsion, and calciumstearate according to a ratio, and stirring uniformly; second-level stirring: sequentially adding the fiber hair, the foam stabilizer, the water repellent, the calcium stearate and hydrogenperoxide into the size according to the ratio after first-level stirring, and stirring uniformly; carrying out injection molding, foaming and initial curing; demolding; cutting; and maintaining a finished product.
