Abstract

The invention discloses a hydraulic actuator. The hydraulic actuator comprises a hydraulic cylinder and an actuator hydraulic station, wherein an electrical control part and a manual control part are arranged inside the actuator hydraulic station. The speed of the hydraulic actuator is controlled by controlling the flow of a pump by a PLC (programmable logic controller), and the position of the hydraulic actuator is fed back by a displacement sensor; when a certain hydraulic actuator fails, electromagnetic valves can be controlled through automatic PLC control or manual control, thus achieving follow-up working of the failed hydraulic actuator by following up a safety valve with a rod cavity, and protecting the hydraulic actuator; in the manufacturing process of the hydraulic actuator, a rust-preventing technology is adopted, namely the surface of a piston rod is plated with chrome and the surface of a valve block is plated with nickel to prevent rust corrosion; the electrical control part is mounted on a protective cover and is sealed, so that moisture erosion is prevented and an electromagnetic shielding effect is achieved; the hydraulic actuator is safe and flexible in operating mode; and all electromagnetic valves have a manual operating function, so that the system cannot be powered normally, the hydraulic actuator can be operated through the manual control.
