The invention relates to a
polytetrafluoroethylene wave-proof sleeve
assembly and a preparation method thereof. The
polytetrafluoroethylene wave-proof sleeve
assembly consists of stainless steel
metal connecting pieces assembled at two ends of a
polytetrafluoroethylene straight
pipe and a
stainless steel wire woven layer wrapped on the outer layer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: selecting the polytetrafluoroethylene straight
pipe to weave stainless steel wires, binding the stainless steel wires at one end part of the polytetrafluoroethylene straight
pipe, and placing a second circular ring of an outer lining of the
metal connecting piece outside the
stainless steel wire woven layer; plugging an inner lining of the
metal connecting piece into the inner wall at one end of the polytetrafluoroethylene straight pipe, and combining an annular plate of the outer lining of the metal connecting piece and a flat plate of the inner lining of the metal connecting piece so as to ensure that the
stainless steel wire woven layer is positioned between the inner lining and the outer lining of the metal connecting piece; determining the length of a product, and suit
cutting the product; finishing the
assembly of the inner lining and the outer lining of the metal connecting piece at the other end; withholding the outer linings of the metal connecting pieces at the two ends of a polytetrafluoroethylene wave-proof sleeve; and carrying out torque performance testing by using a measuring tool, and determining that the
distortion phenomena does not happen between the withholding part of the outer lining of the metal connecting piece and the stainless steel wire woven layer so as to obtain the required product. The obtained assembly has the characteristics of high-low
temperature resistance,
corrosion resistance,
ageing resistance, light weight, excellent
distortion resistance and the like, and is an ideal
electromagnetic shielding pipe for wires and cables.
