The method comprises steps as follows: (1) powdered sturgeon fodder with better palatability is processed according to the size of the sturgeon for scientific feeding; (2) improvement of a water environment: a concrete culture pond is sterilized with potassium permanganate, 8-10 g of potassium permanganate is used in water for each cubic meter, and the sterilization time is 48 hours; sewage suction of the pond bottom of culture pond is performed every day in a manner of manually operating a sewage suction pump, and the sewage suction standard is that faeces and residual feeds don't exist at the pond bottom; (3) when phenomena that the sturgeon has a white liver, ascitic fluid and black body diseases, the sturgeon swims by streamside, and end parts of pterygiophore (particularly the tail fin) are whitened due to co-infection of bacteria are found, drug is applied, and simultaneously, vitamin and microelements are supplemented.
