[0053] (Preparation of Porous Resin Molded Article)
[0054] A porous resin molded body having a three-dimensional network structure and having continuous pores is produced. Any resin can be selected as the material of the porous resin molded body. For example, foamed resin moldings of polyurethane, melamine resin, polypropylene, polyethylene, etc. can be used. Although shown as a foamed resin molded body, a resin molded body having an arbitrary shape may be selected as long as the resin molded body has pores (communicating pores) connected to each other. For example, instead of the foamed resin molded body, a nonwoven fabric-like body in which resin fibers are entangled with each other may be used. Preferably, the resin foamed molded body has a porosity of 80% to 98% and a cell diameter of 50 μm to 500 μm. Both polyurethane foam and foamed melamine resin have high porosity, high pore connectivity, and excellent thermal decomposability, and thus can be suitably used as resi...
Embodiment
[0136] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples. However, it should be understood that the present invention is not limited to these Examples.
[0137] (formation of conductive layer)
[0138] A production example of the aluminum porous body will be specifically described below. A polyurethane foam having a thickness of 1 mm, a porosity of 95%, and approximately 50 cells (cells) per inch was prepared as a foamed resin molded body and cut into a square of 100 mm×30 mm. This polyurethane foam was immersed in a carbon suspension, and then dried. Thus, a conductive layer with carbon particles adhered to the entire surface was formed. This suspension contained 25% by mass of graphite and carbon black, and also contained a resin binder, a penetrating agent, and a defoaming agent. The particle diameter of carbon black was 0.5 μm.
[0139] (Molten Salt Plating)
