Embodiment 1

[0020] Weigh 5.84g of α-CD in a 250ml three-necked flask, dissolve it with 150ml of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), add 1.68g of sodium hydride, react at 25°C for 24h, then raise the temperature to 130°C, and slowly add 4.12 g maleic anhydride, react for 4h, and finally filter the product and wash it with a large amount of acetone; finally obtain the copolymer P(α-CD-MA) of cyclodextrin and maleic anhydride.

Embodiment 2

[0022] Weigh 6.81g of β-CD in a 250ml three-neck flask, dissolve it with 150ml of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), add 1.68g of sodium hydride, react at 25°C for 24h, then raise the temperature to 130°C, and slowly add 4.12 g maleic anhydride, react for 4h, and finally filter the product and wash it with a large amount of acetone; finally obtain the copolymer P(β-CD-MA) of cyclodextrin and maleic anhydride.

Embodiment 3

[0024] Weigh 7.78g of γ--CD in a 250ml three-necked flask, dissolve it with 150ml of N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), add 1.68g of sodium hydride, react at 25°C for 24h, then raise the temperature to 130°C, and slowly add 4.12g of maleic anhydride, reacted for 4h, and finally filtered the product and washed it with a large amount of acetone; finally, a copolymer of cyclodextrin and maleic anhydride (P(γ-CD-MA)) was obtained.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cyclodextrin (CD) polymer / montmorillonite composite material and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of composite material preparation. According to the preparation method, a pre-synthesized polymer (P(CD-MA)) of maleic anhydride (MA) and CD is introduced into dopamine (DA) through amidation reaction, and then, the montmorillonite / cyclodextrin composite material is prepared through condensation between DA and hydroxyl groups of montmorillonite. The amount of introduced CD of the composite material can be controlled through changing the molecular weight of P(CD-MA), the content of DA and the content of montmorillonite. The method has the advantages that raw materials are easily obtained, the cost is low, the method is simple, and the amount of the introduced CD is large and is easy to control. According to the cyclodextrin polymer / montmorillonite composite material, metal ions and aromatic organic compounds in sewage can be simultaneously removed by using the metal ion exchange adsorbability of montmorillonite and the organic matter (especially aromatic organic matters) inclusion effect of cyclodextrin.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a cyclodextrin polymer / montmorillonite mineral composite material and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of composite material preparation. Background technique [0002] Cyclodextrin (CD) is the product of cyclodextrin glycosyltransferase acting on starch. It is a cyclic oligosaccharide composed of multiple glucose molecules linked by 1,4-glycosidic bonds. It has a slightly conical hollow cylindrical three-dimensional ring structure. In its hollow structure, the outer upper end (larger opening end) is formed by C 2 and C 3 The secondary hydroxyl group is formed, and the lower end (smaller open end) is composed of C 6 It is composed of primary hydroxyl groups and has hydrophilicity; while the hydrophobic region is formed in the cavity due to the shielding effect of the C-H bond, and its hydrophobic cavity can combine with more organic guest molecules of matching size to form host-guest inclusion com...
