Embodiment approach

[0155] The cleaning device of the present invention is not limited to figure 1 The cleaning device 1 shown. For example, in the cleaning device 1, the entire flow path members 23, 33, 43 are immersed in the cleaning liquid L, but only the openings 21a, 21b, 31a, 31b, 41a, 31b, 41a, 31b, 41a, 41b is arranged in the cleaning liquid L so that each flow path is filled with the cleaning liquid L, and is not limited to the form in which the entire flow path members 23, 33, 43 are immersed in the cleaning liquid L.

[0156] In addition, the hollow fiber membrane travel channel 31 of the pressurized cleaning unit 30 is filled with the cleaning liquid L pushed in from the branch channel 32 by the liquid injection unit 34 , and the cleaning liquid L passes through the hollow fiber membrane travel channel 31 from both sides. The openings 31a, 31b of the ends are discharged.

[0157] In addition, the liquid suction units 24, 44 of the first decompression cleaning part 20 and the second ...

Embodiment 1

[0289] (solidification process)

[0290] As in the mass ratio shown in Table 1, polyvinylidene fluoride A (manufactured by Atofina Japan, trade name Kaina-301F), polyvinylidene fluoride B (atofina Japan) Na Japan, trade name Kaina-9000LD), polyvinylpyrrolidone (ISP company, trade name K-90) and N, N-dimethylacetamide were mixed separately to prepare the membrane stock solution (1) and Membrane stock solution (2).

[0291] Next, prepare such a nozzle: the center is formed with a hollow portion, and on its outside, double annular discharge ports are sequentially formed so that two kinds of liquids can be coated sequentially (referring to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-42074). figure 1 ), with the nozzle kept warm at 30°C, a polyester multifilament monofilament braid (multifilament; 830T / 96F, 16 counts) was introduced into the hollow part as a porous substrate, and the outer circumference was measured from the inside. Sequentially apply the film-making stock sol...

Embodiment 2

[0329] A hollow fiber membrane was produced in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the supply rate of the washing liquid was 1000 g / min.

Abstract

The invention relates to a device for washing porous hollow fiber membranes. The device comprises: n washing tanks (provided that n is an integer of 2 or more) holding a washing solution through which the porous hollow fiber membrane passes sequentially; and one or more pressure-applying units that pressurize or de-pressurize the washing solution on the outer side of the porous hollow fiber membrane immersed in the washing solution to force the washing solution to pass through the membrane part of the porous hollow fiber membrane. The pressure-applying unit is accommodated in any one or more of the washing tanks subsequent to the first tank and up through the (n-1) tank. The invention provides: a method for producing porous hollow fiber membranes, which can reduce the concentration of residual substances in the water retained by the membrane and prevent the re-adhesion of hydrophilic polymer while limiting the amount of washing solution used; and the washing device for porous hollow fiber membranes, which is suitably used in the production method.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a porous hollow fiber membrane and a method for manufacturing the porous hollow fiber membrane. [0002] This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2011-24028 for which it applied in Japan on February 7, 2011, and uses the content here. Background technique [0003] For the concentration, recovery, removal or distillation of useful components in the food industry, medical or electronic industries, etc., precision filtration membranes, superfiltration membranes, or reverse osmosis filtration membranes are often made of acetate cellulose, polyester A porous hollow fiber membrane having a hollow porous layer made of acrylonitrile, polysulfone, or fluorine-based resin, for example, produced by wet or dry-wet spinning. [0004] When producing a porous hollow fiber membrane by wet or dry-wet spinning, first, a membrane-forming stock solution in which a hydrophobic polymer ...
