Embodiment 1

[0019] Example 1 The process of using tail vegetables and wheat straw to produce silage includes the following steps:

[0020] ⑴Pretreatment of raw materials:

[0021] ① The tail vegetables are sorted and chopped to a size of 1 to 3 cm, and the moisture content is maintained at 90-95%, and the pretreated tail vegetables are obtained.

[0022] ②Crush the wheat stalks to a length of 1~3cm, and make the moisture content 0.5~1% to obtain the pretreated wheat stalks.

[0023] (2) Mix the pretreated tail vegetables and the pretreated wheat straw at a ratio of 1kg:2.5kg to obtain a mixed raw material A with a moisture content of 65%-85%.

[0024] (3) Add corn flour and sugar to the mixed raw material A at the ratios of 1kg:32g and 1kg:4g respectively, and mix them evenly to obtain a mixed raw material B with a soluble sugar content of 3-8%.

[0025] ⑷ Spray the mixed culture solution of lactic acid bacteria uniformly into the mixed raw material B at a ratio of 1kg:4.5mL, then use mechanical...

Abstract

The invention relates to a technology for producing silage by utilizing smilax riparia and wheat straws. The technology comprises the following steps: (1) separately pretreating smilax riparia and wheat straws to obtain pretreated smilax riparia and pretreated wheat straws; (2) evenly mixing the pretreated smilax riparia and pretreated wheat straws in proportion to obtain a mixed raw material A; (3) respectively adding maize flour and white sugar into the mixed raw material A, and evenly mixing to obtain a mixed raw material B; (4) evenly spraying lactic acid bacteria mixture culture solution into the mixed raw material B, then mechanically grinding so that water in the mixed raw material B can be relatively evenly distributed, and finally filling in a closed container, compacting, sealing, and fermenting at room temperature for 60-90 days. The technology is simple and fast, low in raw material cost, the obtained product is good in palatability, green, juicy and rich in nutrition, and can maintain the nutrition values for a long time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of comprehensive utilization of vegetable waste, in particular to a process for producing silage by utilizing tail vegetables and wheat straw. Background technique [0002] Yuzhong, Gansu is located in the inland hinterland of the Loess Plateau, with high altitude, good sunlight, and large temperature difference between day and night. It has become the largest plateau summer vegetable production and distribution center in Northwest China. The rapid development of the plateau summer vegetable industry has become the mainstay of the local economy. At the same time, a large number of waste vegetables and rotten leaves are randomly piled up in the fields and at the intersections of villages. The environmental problems caused by this have no effective solutions. Problems to be solved urgently in the sustainable development of summer vegetable industry. Wheat is one of the main food crops in the area. After harvesting, the...
