Embodiment

[0017] In the following examples, ultrapure water with a resistivity of 18 MΩ·CM was used as a solvent.

[0018] Accurately weigh 0.9000g of sodium chloride that has been dried at 500-600°C for 40-50 minutes and placed in a desiccator (silica gel), put it in a 100ml measuring bottle, add water to dissolve and dilute to the mark, shake well to obtain the reference solution.

[0019] Prepare the following test items respectively.

[0020] (1) 100mL: potassium chloride 0.11g and sodium chloride 0.9g; potassium chloride and sodium chloride injection with batch numbers 090401, 090402, 090403;

[0021] (2) 100mL: Potassium chloride 0.22g and sodium chloride 0.9g; Potassium chloride and sodium chloride injection with batch numbers 090401, 090402, 090403;

[0022] (3) 100mL: Potassium chloride 0.3g and sodium chloride 0.9g; Potassium chloride and sodium chloride injection with batch numbers 090401, 090402, 090403;

Abstract

The invention provides a potassium chloride and sodium chloride injection and a determination method of the osmotic pressure molar concentration ratio thereof. The determination method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a reference substance solution; (2) preparing a solution for test products; and (3) respectively determining the osmotic pressure molar concentration OS of the reference substance solution and the osmotic pressure molar concentration OT of the solution for test products by using an osmometer, thus obtaining the osmotic pressure molar concentration ratio of OT: OS.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a potassium chloride sodium chloride injection and a method for measuring the osmotic pressure molar concentration ratio thereof. Background technique [0002] Biomembranes, such as human cell membranes or capillary walls, generally have the properties of semi-permeable membranes. The phenomenon that solvents diffuse from low-concentration solutions to high-concentration solutions through semi-permeable membranes is called osmosis. The pressure required to prevent osmosis is osmotic pressure. Osmotic pressure plays an extremely important role in various biological processes involving the diffusion of solutes or the transport of fluids through biomembranes. Osmotic phenomena and osmotic pressure are the characteristics of human plasma and various liquid preparations, and are of great significance to dosage forms such as injections, eye drops, and infusions. The osmotic pressure of the intravenous infusion must be basically con...
