Abstract

The sealing material consists of the following components in parts by mass: 100-110 parts of hydrogenated butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, 3-5 parts of allyl alcohol, 8-10 parts of diacetyl peroxide, 10-15 parts of aluminum oxide, 6-8 parts of white carbon black, 0.5-2 parts of anti-aging agent and 1-3 parts of sulfur. The sealing material provided by the invention has strong mechanical strength, low friction coefficient (0.20-0.22), strong wear resistance and long service life (4-5 months) under high-temperature (capable of working at 200 DEG C) and high-pressure (capable of bearing 400MPa pressure) working conditions.
