mass, 40 to 45 parts of
acrylate rubber, 15 to 20 parts of hydrogenated
nitrile-butadiene rubber 15-20, 3 to 5 parts of
stearic acid, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of methyl
hydrogen silicone oil, 0.5 to 0.8 part of glass fibers, 2 to 3 parts of
oleic acid diethanolamine borate ester, 4 to 6 parts of
diacetyl peroxide, 2 to 3 parts of aluminum
oxide, 1.2 to 1.6 parts of light
calcium carbonate, 0.6 to 0.9 part of
drying oil
alkyd resin, 6 to 8 parts of white
carbon black, 0.5 to 2 parts of anti-aging agent and 2 to 3 parts of
sulfur. According to the rubber sealing materials, the
mechanical strength is high, the
friction coefficient which is 0.19 to 0.21 is low, the abrasion resistance is high, and the 140 to 170 days of service life under the high temperature and the
high pressure working conditions is long, wherein the rubber sealing materials can work at 200 DEG C and the 420 MPa pressure can be borne.
