Abstract

The invention discloses a manufacturing method for lost foam casting of a high-chrome agitator blade. According to the method, the lost foam casting is adopted to mould and manufacture a core and a medium-frequency induction furnace is used for smelting molten iron, so that the qualified molten iron is smelted in the medium-frequency induction furnace; the method comprises the following steps: arranging a rare earth silicon alloy with the mass of the molten iron of 0.5% in a ladle in advance; crushing the rare earth silicon alloy into small blocks; pouring the molten iron into the ladle for modification; then casting and molding, and cleaning a casting; and finally, heating the high-chrome agitator blade in an electric box furnace so as to partially dissolve a carbide to obtain a matrix structure which takes bainite as a main body. Compared with an air-cooling quenching and low-temperature tempering process, the production process of the high-chrome agitator blade provided by the invention uses the modification of rare earth and quenching of an oil bath, so that the hardness of cast iron and the impact toughness can be obviously improved, and the wear resistance is obviously improved; the manufacturing method has the advantages of simplicity and convenience in process, easiness in operation, developed process, convenience in industrial production and low cost due to no adding of expensive molybdenum alloy.
