The invention provides a flame-retardant butadiene-styrene rubber formula which comprises the following raw materials in weight part: 70-80 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 15-20 parts of antimony trioxide, 25-30 parts of chlorinated paraffin, 10-15 parts of white carbon black, 3-5 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 15-18 parts of calcium carbonate, 5-8 parts of an anti-aging agent and 15-30 parts of dibutyl phthalate, wherein the anti-aging agent in the flame retarded butadiene-styrene rubber formula is 1,4-benzenediamine N,N'-mixed phenyl and tolyl derivs. The rubber produced through the formula provided by the invention has a good flame-retardant effect, and cannot produce poisonous gas in case of fire, and avoids secondary damage, so that life safety of people is ensured.
