Problems solved by technology

Although the above methods have improved the strength of rubber concrete to varying degrees, there are deficiencies: the effect of washing rubber particles is not obvious; the modification effect of NaOH solution is related to the concentration, and the optimal concentration is not defined; the optimal dosage of silane solution There are problems, it is easy to cause material waste or cost increase, and the modification effect is limited; the process of silane modified polymer emulsion is more complicated and the cost is higher

Embodiment 1

[0020] A modification method of rubber particles: prepare a NaOH aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 18%; KH570 (silane coupling agent, liquid) takes 1% of the mass of the rubber particles and dilutes with ethanol to obtain a KH570 solution; first soak the rubber particles with an aqueous NaOH solution 24h, then wash the rubber particles with water once, and then fully wet the rubber particles with KH570 solution, dry and store them for later use; among them, the amount of ethanol is based on the KH570 solution that can fully wet the rubber particles.

Embodiment 2

[0023] A method for modifying rubber particles: prepare a NaOH aqueous solution with a mass concentration of 23%; KH570 (silane coupling agent, liquid) takes 1.3% of the mass of the rubber particles and dilutes with ethanol to obtain a KH570 solution; first soak the rubber particles with an aqueous NaOH solution 24h, then wash the rubber particles with water for 3 times, then fully wet the rubber particles with KH570 solution, dry and store them for later use; among them, the amount of ethanol is based on the KH570 solution that can fully wet the rubber particles.

Embodiment 3

[0026] Modified rubber concrete: rubber particles replace part of the sand by 10% equal volume, and the weight mixing ratio is cement: water: sand: stone: rubber particles=340:210:594:1190:29.5, and the rubber particles are as in Example 1 Method modification.

[0027] Mixing process:

[0028] 1) Weigh stones, cement, sand, rubber particles and water according to the mixing ratio;

[0029] 2) First add the stones into the mixing pot, then mix the rubber particles into the cement and add them to the mixing pot, then add the sand, start the mixing pot and stir for 10s, and finally add water and mix for 2min30s.

Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and specifically discloses a modification method of rubber particles and modified rubber concrete. The modification method of the rubber particles comprises the steps of soaking the rubber particles by using a NaOH solution with mass concentration of 18-23%, cleaning the rubber particles for 1-3 times by using water, diluting KH570 which is 1-1.3% of the rubber particles in aspect of mass fraction by using ethyl alcohol, fully moistening the rubber particles by using the KH570, and airing and sealing the rubber particles for later use. According to the method, the modified rubber particles are used for isopyknic replacing for 5-15% of sand so as to obtain the rubber concrete. Compared with the standard rubber concrete without any treatment, the rubber concrete treated through the method has higher compressive strength and split tensile strength, and no adverse effect is caused to the working performance of concrete mixtures.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and in particular relates to a method for modifying rubber particles and a modified rubber concrete. Background technique [0002] In recent years, with the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the rapid increase in the number of automobiles, the production of waste tires has increased significantly. Waste tires have strong heat resistance and mechanical resistance, and are difficult to degrade. They will not disappear naturally for decades. They are called "black pollution" and pose a great threat to the environment. Waste tires are a kind of renewable resources, recycling and reuse can save resources and reduce pollution, and can also create considerable economic benefits. [0003] The emergence of rubber concrete can not only recycle waste tire rubber, but also provide a new type of material for construction engineering. The research on rubber concrete began in the...
