The manufacturing method includes the steps of processing the two opposite side faces of the PEN material layer, coating one side face of the PEN material layer with the fluorocarbon coating, coating the other side face of the PEN material layer with polyurethane glue, conducting baking, compositing the PE film on the side face, provided with the polyurethane dry glue layer, of the PEN material layer through hot pressing after the polyurethane dry glue layer is baked and solidified, and obtaining the PEN one-side coated back plate.
