Problems solved by technology

[0003] The existing mixed asphalt is simply a physical mixture of coal tar pitch and petroleum pitch. Because there is a big difference in the components of coal tar pitch and petroleum pitch, simple mixing is likely to cause serious segregation and poor performance of the mixed product.

Embodiment 1

[0016] Embodiment 1, the preparation of mixed asphalt for road construction

[0017] Raw material benchmark: use medium-temperature coal tar pitch (60-90°C), petroleum pitch (100#), and FCC oil slurry as raw materials, based on 1000g of the product;

[0018] Raw material ratio: coal tar pitch 230g, petroleum pitch 581g, FCC oil slurry 189g;

[0019] Operation method: first mix 581g of petroleum pitch and 189g of FCC oil slurry in a reactor at 150°C for 0.5 hours, then pour 230g of molten coal tar pitch into the reactor, cut at 165°C for 30 minutes, keep the temperature at 180°C, and stir 1 hour.

Abstract

The invention provides a preparation method of mixed pitch used for road building. The method comprises: a first step of preparing materials, namely a step of preparing 15-30% by weight of coal pitch, 42-51% of petroleum pitch and 28-34% of slurry; a second step of mixing, namely a step of heating the coal pitch, the petroleum pitch and the slurry to melt the materials, and uniformly stirring at 150-180 DEG C; a third step of shearing, namely, a step of subjecting the mixture obtained from the second step to high-speed shearing at 150-180 DEG C by utilization of a shearing emulsifying machine; and a fourth step of curing, namely, a step of maintaining the temperature of the mixture obtained in the third step at 150-180 DEG C and stirring. The mixed pitch allows the coal pitch and the petroleum pitch to be mixed more uniformly, thus largely reliving segregation. The mixed pitch is high in adhesive force, anti-ageing, and high in rutting resistance.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for preparing asphalt, in particular to a method for preparing mixed asphalt. Background technique [0002] With the development of our country's national economy, the development of highway transportation, especially high-grade highways, puts forward higher requirements for the quantity and quality of road asphalt. However, the supply of petroleum asphalt, which is mainly used for road construction materials in my country, is seriously insufficient, and its quality cannot meet the requirements of high-grade highways. On the contrary, the supply of coal tar pitch in the western region is particularly large. At present, my country uses about 440 million tons of coking coal every year, and each ton of coking coal contains 4% tar, and the output of coal tar is about 17.5 million tons, accounting for about 2 / 3 of the global output; coal tar pitch accounts for about 50% to 60% of coal tar , about 10 million tons of coal ta...
