A position between an ultrasonic transducer of the ultrasonic generation device and the container is filled with water as a coupling medium, a utensil with a solvent and drugs to be dissolved is put into the container, and ultrasonic waves generated by the ultrasonic transducer penetrate through the utensil to act on the drugs to be dissolved, so that the drugs to be dissolved are dissolved in the solvent in an accelerated manner.
