Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing a sintered block by taking peanut shells as internal combustion materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grinding peanut shells into bran coats with the granule size of less than 0.5mm; (2) mixing 30% of tailings, 70% of mill tailings and 15-30% of peanut shells to obtain a mixture; (3) coarsely melting, aging and plastically extruding the mixture obtained in the step (2) to obtain mud strips with phi 40mm; (4) cutting the mud strips obtained in the step (3) into cylinders with length of 40mm, drying and sintering at the temperature of 1050 DEG C-1100DEG C to obtain a finished product.
