Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for purifying coke oven gas in one embodiment. The method comprises the steps of cooling the coke oven gas generated in coal coking so that the temperature of the coke oven gas is lower than a predetermined temperature threshold, performing deamination treatment on the cooled coke oven gas so that the content of amine in the cooled coke oven gas is lower than a predetermined content threshold of amine, performing hydrogen sulfide removal and hydrogen cyanide removal treatment on the coke oven gas after the deamination treatment so that the content of hydrogen sulfide and the content of hydrogen cyanide are lower than a predetermined content threshold of hydrogen sulfide and a predetermined content threshold of hydrogen cyanide, respectively, and then performing dearomatization treatment on the coke oven gas after the hydrogen sulfide removal and hydrogen cyanide removal treatment so that the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in the coke oven gas is lower than a predetermined content threshold of aromatic hydrocarbons, thereby obtaining purified coke oven gas.
