The bioactive filler comprises two parts: an embedding body and the carrier; the carrier is a reticulate star-shaped carrier formed by taking polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene or ABS resin as a main material, adding polyvinyl alcohol and carrying out hot melting or plate hot pressing; an embedding liquid is formed by mixing an anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria suspension and a polyvinyl alcohol solution and evenly coats the reticulate carrier; the embedding body is formed after boric acid secondary cross-linking immobilization of the embedding liquid and is combined onto the reticulate carrier to obtain the anaerobic ammonia oxidizing bacteria bioactive filler.
