Problems solved by technology

However, the effective transmit power is not the total transmit power
First of all, the efficiency of the power amplifier cannot be 100%, so in order to achieve the nominal value may need more power than the nominal value, here we consider the efficiency of the power amplifier constant, set it as η, in order to achieve the nominal value, often need multiplied by a correction factor Secondly, when transmitting data, there is power dissipation in the antenna. These dissipations exist in devices such as filters, mixers, phase-locked loops, and digital-to-analog converters. It is assumed that their sum in an antenna is P c , then the sum of dissipation is NP c ; In addition, the base station will consume a certain amount of ground state power in order to meet the data demand of a user, denoted as P 0 , P 0 The size of P c it doesn't matter

Abstract

The invention discloses a frequency division multiplexing multi-user MIMO energy efficiency optimization method which can be applied to a multi-user MIMO system. The optimization goal is to design a precoding scheme for each user to maximize a total energy efficiency utility function. The frequency division multiplexing multi-user MIMO energy efficiency optimization method is implemented through the following steps that firstly, optimization preprocessing is conducted on energy efficiency functions of all the users, wherein the optimization preprocessing process is specifically divided into three steps of noise whitening and channel diagonalization, determination of a water-filling solution of a link power allocation scheme and acquisition of the optimized energy efficiency functions; secondly, the energy efficiency functions optimized in advance are used for determining the sending power of each user to maximize the total energy efficiency utility function of the multiple users; finally, a user group energy efficiency utility maximization algorithm is used for solving the problem. According to the frequency division multiplexing multi-user MIMO energy efficiency optimization method, the definition of the multi-user energy efficiency utility function has universality and can cover various indexes including the weighted average, the exponentiation product, the weighed harmonic average, the weighed minimum value and the like for maximizing the energy efficiency of all the users, and the efficient algorithm put forward later is applicable to all the indexes.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of joint optimization of energy efficiency under the condition of frequency division multiplexing and multi-antenna communication, and relates to an optimization method for multi-user MIMO energy efficiency utility function under the condition of frequency division multiplexing. Background technique [0002] MIMO is an abbreviation of Multiple Input Multiple Output (Multiple Input Multiple Output), and Multiple refers to multiple transmission antennas and multiple transmission antennas, that is, the MIMO system is a multi-antenna system. Compared with the traditional transmission system, the MIMO system has huge advantages, which are mainly reflected in the following two aspects: first, the spatial multiplexing gain, that is, a higher data rate; second, the spatial diversity gain, that is, to resist multipath fading , improve system reliability. Compared with traditional point-to-point MIMO systems, multi-user MIMO s...
