The invention relates to a bactericidal composition containing SYP-Z048 and prothioconazole, wherein the effective component of the bactericidal composition is SYP-Z048 and prothioconazole in a binary compound manner. In the bactericidal composition, the mass ratio of the SYP-Z048 to the prothioconazole is (1-50) to (50-1); the mass fraction ratio of the SYP-Z048 to the prothioconazole in the effective component of the bactericidal composition is 1-80%; the bactericidal composition also comprises auxiliary components which are allowed to be used and accepted in pesticide. The bactericidal composition can be prepared into preparations such as missible oil, suspending agents, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, emulsions in water, microemulsions, granules and microcapsules. The bactericidal composition is mainly used for controlling powdery mildew, banded sclerotial blight, blight, leaf spot disease, rust disease, sclerotiniose, net blotch, scald disease, black spot disease, brown blotch disease and black shank of wheat, barley, rape, peanuts, rice and legume crops and gray mold of melons.
