A microfluidics droplet detection system based on a capacitive sensor is characterized by comprising a droplet microfluidics chip, a direct-current voltage stabilizing circuit unit, a signal detection circuit unit and a computer, and the droplet microfluidics chip is of a structure according to which the capacitive sensor is integrated with a microchannel used for generating micro-droplets. A droplet detection method comprises the steps of sample pumping, droplet formation and droplet detection.
