The method comprises the following steps that (1) planting soil is selected, wherein neutral dry soil which is good in water draining and sufficient in sunlight is selected as the planting soil of the Prunus cistena; (2) the planting soil is managed, wherein green-resume water and freeze-up water are subjected to irrigation at early spring, late autumn and early winter each year, after each-time watering, soil loosening and weeding are carried out in time, after raining in summer, accumulated water in a tree well is removed in time, compound fertilizer is applied for two times in each of spring and autumn, and barnyard manure is applied for one time in late autumn; (3) cutting is carried out; wherein annual branches which grow strongly are selected in November to be sheared into cutting slips with the length of 15 cm, the lower ends of the cutting slips are in a horseshoe shape, before cutting, the cutting slips are soaked into an indolebutyric acid solution for six seconds, then the cutting slips are subjected to cottage into a mixed matrix, the upper ends of the cutting slips are flush with the ground, after cutting, the cutting slips are well buried and compacted, water adding moisture preserving is carried out, a thin film is subjected to covering, and ground temperature is maintained; (4) overwintering management is carried out; (5) pest control is carried out; and (6) trimming is carried out.
