The biodegradable sleep-improving LED lampshade provided by the invention is prepared from main raw materials including the PLA and the animal and plant polysaccharide; due to the introduction of the animal and plant polysaccharide, the amount of used PLC which is high in cost is reduced, so the cost is lowered; the components of the LED lampshade disclosed by the invention are all degradable, decomposable and nontoxic high-molecular materials or inorganic materials, so the LED lampshade is safe, free of toxicity and friendly to environment; by addition of the nerve-soothing hypnagogue, the LED lampshade has the functions of realizing nerve soothing and sleep promotion and improving the sleep quality.
