Abstract

The invention discloses a micro implanted electrical stimulation radio frequency power supply device and belongs to the field of medical instruments. Radio frequency electromagnetic waves generated by the device can continuously provide energy for a micro implanted electrical stimulator in deep tissue. The device is composed of a control circuit and an emitting antenna, wherein the control circuit comprises a micro controller, a wireless communication circuit, an E-type oscillation power amplifier and a matching network, and the emitting antenna comprises coils and a corresponding impedance matching network. According to the device, by means of the E-type oscillation power amplifier, a direct-current power source is subjected to chop modulation to form half sine radio frequency signals, the half sine radio frequency signals are filtered into sine signals through the impedance matching network, and the sine signals are amplified into current radio frequency signals by the emitting antenna through resonant oscillation. A stable electromagnetic field can be efficiently and stably obtained, the micro implanted electrical stimulator in a body can be safely driven, and meanwhile energy can be provided for other wireless terminals.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of medical equipment, and relates to a wireless radio frequency power supply device for miniature implantation electric stimulation. Background technique [0002] Electrical stimulation is to apply current to the excitable nerve tissue through electrodes, generate a local electric field, depolarize the axon membrane of nearby neurons and cause a large amount of calcium ions to flow out, and trigger muscle fiber contraction through neurotransmitters. From the 1960s to the present, electrical stimulation has undergone the development process of adhesive, percutaneous and implantable. Implantable electrical stimulation is the focus of current research because of its accurate positioning and good repeatability. Most implanted electrical stimulation medical devices have built-in tiny batteries, represented by cardiac pacemakers. The batteries in this design are bulky and require complex surgical procedures to replace whe...
