Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: obtaining an instrument flow chart related with flow logic; visiting an automated and safe logic module, and generating a paragraph provided with a system name and a subsystem name according to the instrument flow chart; visiting a function table database, and obtaining a required function table from the database; combining the function table with the paragraph generated by visiting the automated and safe logic module; compiling specific logic conditions and parameters of the flow logic into the function table; obtaining a digitalized file of the flow logic. The method further comprises the following steps: visiting an auxiliary module and generating a supplementary condition field. With the adoption of the digitalization method disclosed by the invention, the flow logic can be efficiently transmitted to a main automated system (MAS), so that relatively smooth industrial automated operation can be performed; the digitalization method is simple, efficient and easy to maintain.
