[0027] Effects on In Vitro Fermentation of Dairy Cow Rumen Microorganisms

[0028] The in vitro simulated rumen microbial culture test method was adopted. Three 4-year-old Holstein cows with a body weight of 650±18kg, an average milk yield of 19.5±0.5kg, and a ruminal fistula were selected and fed with a conventional diet with a ratio of 40:60 to provide rumen fluid. The simulated dairy cow diet was prepared with the culture substrate shown in Table 1, and the in vitro culture test was carried out.

[0052] Antioxidant as Butylated Hydroxyanisole or Dibutyl Hydroxytoluene; Effect on Lactation Performance and Milk Quality of Dairy Cows

[0053] In a dairy farm with 800 lactating cows, 18 three-parity multiparous cows, Holstein cows with a weight of 630±20kg and a lactation period of 80±3 days were selected. They were randomly divided into 3 groups and fed with conventional rations in dairy farms. The experiment was divided into 2 groups: one group was added 1% calcium palmitate in the diet, and the other group was added 1% long-chain fatty acid combined with rumen regulator. Feeding test, the test period is 45 days, of which 15 days is the pre-feeding period, 30 days is the trial period. During the main trial period, the milk production was recorded every day, and milk, feed, feces, and blood samples were collected on 0d, 15d, and 30d of the main trial period. To carry out the determination of milk quality, digestibility, blood and other indicators.

Abstract

The invention discloses a long-chain fatty acid combined rumen regulating agent capable of improving butterfat content of raw milk and a using method of the regulating agent. The long-chain fatty acid combined rumen regulating agent capable of improving butterfat content of raw milk mainly consists of the following components: stearic acid, oleic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, an antioxidant and an adsorbent; and the mass ratio of the stearic acid to the oleic acid to the linoleic acid to the linolenic acid is 3 to 1 to 2 to 3. The regulating agent disclosed by the invention, by regulating rumen microorganisms of dairy cow for fermentation in an acetic acid mode, can increase the proportion of acetic acid, so that the acetic acid is absorbed and utilized; and the butterfat content of raw milk is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of animal husbandry, in particular to a long-chain fatty acid combination rumen regulator for increasing the fat content of raw milk and a method for using the same. Background technique [0002] The milk fat contained in milk contains linolenic acid and arachidic acid necessary for the human body, as well as various fat-soluble vitamins and phospholipids. In the current dairy farming production, the milk fat rate is one of the important indicators to measure the quality of milk, and it is also one of the important economic indicators of dairy farms. The heritability of milk fat rate is as high as 55%. Under normal circumstances, the milk fat rate of Holstein cows is generally 3% to 5%. The average milk fat rate in developed countries is about 3.5%, while the average milk fat rate in my country is about 3.1%. On the basis of long-term dairy cow breed improvement, how to give full play to its genetic potential and fee...
