The invention relates to a fast seedling breeding method for oil-purpose paeonia rockii in an alpine region. The method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting sandy soil or loamy soil in the alpine region, which is convenient to travel, flat in terrain, fertile in soil, thick in soil layer of more than or equal to 50cm, and convenient to drain and irrigate, as nursery garden; (2) performing deep ploughing, base fertilizer application, sterilization and then shallow ploughing on the nursery garden in current autumn in sequence, raking to be level and grinding finely; (3) soaking oil-purpose paeonia rockii seeds and sterilizing to obtain treated seeds; (4) treating the soil into beds and then sowing; (5) weeding and sterilizing leaf surfaces; (6) reproducing by adopting any one of a suckering method, a root grafting method or a stem grafting method; and (7) taking out seedlings, grading according to the seedling ground diameter and height, packaging and transporting.
