Abstract

The light path device comprises the following structures which are sequentially arranged on a light path: a simulating light source system, a Raman light filter group, a microscope system, a monochromator and a single-photon counting device, wherein the simulating light source system comprises a simulating light source and a beam expander; the Raman light filter group is provided with a light filter structure capable of receiving horizontal incident light at one side and forming emergent light vertical to the incident light at the other side; the microscope system comprises a microobjective lens which is arranged at the sample emergent light side of the Raman light filter group and a tube lens which is arranged on the side opposite to the sample emergent light of the Raman light filter group; a Raman signal collected from the tube lens is transmitted to the monochromator; and the single-photon counting device is used for detecting the Raman signal from the monochromator.
