Abstract

The invention discloses a production process for preparing regenerated rubber from oil sludge. The production process comprises the following steps of: (1) treating the oil sludge by taking a sodium p-styrenesulfonate water solution as a cleaning agent and adopting a thermochemical cleaning method, sufficiently depositing, and taking upper crude oil and secondary supernatant as mixed liquor for later use; (2) crushing waste rubber to form rubber powder; (3) reacting the rubber powder and the mixed liquor obtained from the step (1) in the presence of an initiating agent in an activating tank; (4) desulfurizing at high temperature and high pressure; (5) refining desulfurized regenerated rubber to prepare a rubber product. The production process disclosed by the invention can be used for more effectively solving the problem that the oil sludge pollutes soil and environment, changing the wastes into renewable resources and saving the precious energy and a large quantity of funds.
