Abstract

The liquid preparation is prepared from bacillus subtilis D9 and Trichoderma asperellum 12 fermentation livestock and poultry breeding wastewater. Total microorganism amount in the liquid preparation is greater than 10*10<8>cfu ml<-1>. Effective functional microorganism colony-forming unit is greater than or equal to 0.5*10<7>cfu ml<-1>. Content of bacillus subtilis D9 is greater than 0.5*10<7> cfu ml<-1>. Content of Trichoderma asperellum 12 is greater than 0.1*10<6> cfu ml<-1>. Amount of biocontrol microorganisms around rhizosphere of seedlings of cutting tissue or transplanted crops, pathogen-infected cutting tissue or transplant seedlings in continuous cropping soil are minimized, continuous cropping obstacles are effectively controlled and eliminated, and a lot of breeding wastewater can be consumed.
