The invention discloses an anti-scouring early-strength grouting material for an
underwater cast-in-place
pile foundation and application of the anti-scouring early-strength grouting material. The grouting material comprises
cement, an early strength component, a delayed coagulation component, an activator, a fluidity maintaining component, an
underwater anti-dispersion flocculant, steel
slag powder and
fly ash. All the components of the grouting material are accurately metered and then premixed in a factory to form a dry mixture, water is added into the dry mixture, the dry mixture is stirred by a forced stirrer to form
slurry, and the
slurry is pumped to the root of a
pile foundation through a pipeline within half an hour. The grouting material stirred by adding water can be pumped to the root of a
pile foundation through a pipeline within half an hour, is not dispersed during
underwater grouting, and can be self-leveled to a protective area around the pile foundation; and the strength development is fast, the unconfined
compressive strength in 6 hours is greater than 200 kPa, and the unconfined
compressive strength in 1 day can reach 400 kPa.
