The invention provides a temporary blocking material assisted dragged hydraulic jet reconstruction method for a horizontal well. The method comprises the steps of a, carrying out positive swabbing kick-well-off by using a fracturing fluid; b, carrying out positive swabbing kick-well-off by using a sand-carrying fracturing fluid or a sand-carrying acid fluid; c, carrying out positive swabbing kick-well-off by using a fracturing fluid or an acid fluid; d, turning off a gate of a casing pipe; e, injecting the fracturing fluid from an oil pipe to the stratum, and meanwhile injecting clear water into the casing pipe; f, injecting the fracturing fluid or the acid fluid from the oil pipe to the stratum, and injecting clear water into the casing pipe; g, injecting a carrying fluid containing a temporary blocking material to the stratum, and injecting clear way to the casing pipe after a crack is closed; h, injecting the fracturing fluid to the stratum; and i, when further reconstruction is required, dragging the oil pipe to jet, and repeating the operations from the step a to the step h to finish the reconstruction of the horizontal well. According to the method, the formed crack is blocked temporarily by using the temporary blocking material to ensure that the fluid is converged in the current well section, so that the fluid reconstruction efficiency is increased.
