Problems solved by technology

According to the literature, the reduction of the amount of low-molecular siloxane in component (a) can be achieved by thin-film stripping. quantity
In this composition, the main chain of the component (A) is not -O-Si-O-Si-O-, but -O-Si-CH 2 -CH 2 The structure of -Si-O- contains a large number of carbon-carbon bonds, so the heat resistance is poor, which is unfavorable
In addition, the viscosity of the component (a) is lower than that used in ordinary silicone adhesives, and the adhesive tape may be poor in adhesiveness
Furthermore, component (A) is obtained by reacting in the presence of a catalyst, and therefore, the catalyst may remain in component (A) to cause discoloration and poor transparency of the composition.

Description

[0001] Invention name [0002] The present invention relates to a silicone adhesive composition, a method for producing the same, and an adhesive film and an adhesive tape having the silicone adhesive composition layer. When the adhesive film and adhesive tape are heated at 260° C. or higher for a long time in the process of processing precision parts, optical parts, or electronic parts, they are suitable for applications in which they are attached for the purpose of protecting and masking parts. Background technique [0003] The silicone adhesive layer is excellent in heat resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation and chemical resistance. Therefore, the adhesive tape and the adhesive label having the silicone adhesive layer are used in severe environments where other adhesives such as acrylic, rubber, urethane and epoxy adhesives are deteriorated or deteriorated. . [0004] As one of such environments, there is an environment exposed to a high t...
